  • • Manufacturing defects or quality issues

Important: Due to the nature of automotive chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Timeline: Contact us within 7 days → Return approval → Ship back product → Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund using the original payment method:

  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to provided account

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

Shipping Costs
